As a result, we follow a strict return policy and only accept returns for valid size-related concerns or in the rare event of a manufacturing defect.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
1. Size-Related Issues
• Returns for size issues are eligible only after you share clear images of the product worn on your child’s body, highlighting the fit concern.
• Please share these images within 5 days of receiving the product.
2. Manufacturing Defect
• If the product has a manufacturing defect, please upload clear product images showing the issue within 5 days of delivery for our team to assess and approve the return.

General Conditions for Returns
• The product must not be worn, washed, or used.
• The original seal tag must be intact and not broken.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with any freebies or promotional items, if applicable.

What is NOT eligible for return?
• Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
• Items with the seal tag removed or broken.
• Requests made after 5 days of delivery will not be entertained.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Log in to your JuniorYou account.
2. Go to the ‘My Orders’ section and select the ‘Return’ option for the item you’d like to return.
3. Fill in the required details and upload supporting images.
4. Once your request is reviewed, further instructions will be shared with you via email.
